Responsibilities
- Defines organization-level KPIs and success metrics for automation projects and initiatives
- Measures business outcomes — cost savings, throughput improvements, error reduction, cycle time
- Builds dashboards and reports that connect technical execution to business impact
- Partners with delivery teams to set measurable goals for new automation projects
- Reports on ROI and automation maturity to executive stakeholders alongside the CoE Lead
Hub Responsibilities
- Monitors the Organization Home for cross-team usage patterns and trends
- Reviews project and workspace activity to assess adoption and value delivery
- Uses platform data to identify high-impact automation opportunities across the organization
