A member of a Center of Excellence (CoE) that tracks and communicates the business value of process automation across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Defines organization-level KPIs and success metrics for automation projects and initiatives
  • Measures business outcomes — cost savings, throughput improvements, error reduction, cycle time
  • Builds dashboards and reports that connect technical execution to business impact
  • Partners with delivery teams to set measurable goals for new automation projects
  • Reports on ROI and automation maturity to executive stakeholders alongside the CoE Lead

Hub Responsibilities

  • Monitors the Organization Home for cross-team usage patterns and trends
  • Reviews project and workspace activity to assess adoption and value delivery
  • Uses platform data to identify high-impact automation opportunities across the organization
