Organization Home is the first page users see when they enter an organization. It acts as a personalized command center — greeting the user, offering a primary copilot entry point, surfacing role-aware shortcuts, and showing contextual content that differs based on the user’s role.

Admin View

Section	Description
Cluster Health	Up to three active Clusters prioritized by plan (Production → Staging → Dev). Each shows version, CPU load indicator, and healthy/unhealthy status. Clicking opens cluster detail.
Recent Incidents	Incident list filterable by environment (Production / Staging / Development). Arrow control jumps to Operate for the relevant cluster.
Recent Activity	Read-only audit-style feed of organization-level events — cluster operations, Organization Member changes, API client actions.

Non-Admin View

Section	Description
Continue Working On…	Up to three recent Projects. Clicking selects the parent Workspace, switches scope, and opens Projects.
Latest Catalog Assets	Up to six approved Catalog Assets from the organization Catalog. Clicking opens asset detail; “View all” navigates to the organization catalog.

Persona-Specific Behavior

• Center of Excellence (CoE): This is the primary entry point for CoE personas. Admins see cluster health, recent incidents, and an audit trail — operational signal at a glance. The copilot input and quick actions provide fast access to governance workflows.
• Delivery Team: Builders see resume-work shortcuts (recent projects) and discovery (latest catalog assets) — enabling them to pick up where they left off or find reusable components without navigating deeper.
