A member of a Center of Excellence (CoE) that sets the strategic direction for the process automation practice across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the CoE team and aligns its priorities with business objectives
  • Defines and enforces governance policies — naming conventions, quality gates, approval workflows
  • Leads onboarding of new delivery teams into the Hub (workspace creation, cluster allocation, initial member setup)
  • Acts as the escalation point for cross-team conflicts around shared resources (clusters, catalog assets)
  • Reports on the overall health and maturity of the automation practice to executive stakeholders

Hub Responsibilities

  • Oversees organization-level configuration and settings
  • Reviews and approves workspace creation requests
  • Monitors subscription usage and infrastructure allocation across teams
