Responsibilities

  • Defines business requirements for process automation projects — captures as-is and to-be process flows
  • Establishes measurable business metrics and success criteria for each initiative
  • Measures business outcomes — tracks KPIs like cycle time, cost per transaction, and error rates
  • Analyzes results and defines improvements — identifies optimization opportunities and feeds them back into the project backlog
  • Collaborates with the Developer on process design and with the Team Lead on priorities

Hub Responsibilities

  • Reviews process models and project progress within the Workspace
  • Monitors process execution data to validate that business goals are being met
  • Uses workspace-level insights to propose process improvements
