A member of a Delivery Team that bridges business needs and technical implementation within the workspace.
Responsibilities
- Defines business requirements for process automation projects — captures as-is and to-be process flows
- Establishes measurable business metrics and success criteria for each initiative
- Measures business outcomes — tracks KPIs like cycle time, cost per transaction, and error rates
- Analyzes results and defines improvements — identifies optimization opportunities and feeds them back into the project backlog
- Collaborates with the Developer on process design and with the Team Lead on priorities
Hub Responsibilities
- Reviews process models and project progress within the Workspace
- Monitors process execution data to validate that business goals are being met
- Uses workspace-level insights to propose process improvements
