Team Lead is the technical lead of a Delivery Team that owns the workspace and ensures the team has everything it needs to deliver.
Responsibilities
- Manages team composition — onboards and offboards workspace members, assigns workspace roles
- Decides on technical architecture and process design standards within the workspace
- Ensures technical enablement — makes sure the team has access to the right clusters, catalog assets, and tooling
- Coordinates with the Center of Excellence (CoE) on workspace needs (cluster allocation, catalog requests)
- Reviews process executions and deployment readiness before production releases
Hub Responsibilities
- Administers the Workspace — settings, member management, cluster associations
- Reviews project activity and deployment status across workspace projects
- Requests additional clusters or catalog assets from the CoE when needed
- Oversees process execution metrics within the workspace
