Summary
A Workspace is the organizational home for a Delivery Team. It gives each team a focused, isolated environment to build, deploy, and manage their process automations.
Inside a workspace, teams organize their work into Projects — collections of BPMN processes, DMN decisions, forms, and other automation files.
Each workspace has its own member roster drawn from the organization’s member pool (Organization Members), where each person receives a workspace-specific role such as Workspace Admin, Editor, Commenter, or Viewer.
Only Clusters explicitly assigned to the workspace are visible, so teams see just the infrastructure they need.
A Workspace Catalog makes approved Catalog Assets available locally for developers to use in their solutions.
Workspaces are created and configured by organization administrators. Once set up, the Team Lead oversees day-to-day work, while developers and operations engineers build, deploy, and monitor automations within the workspace’s boundaries.
