Summary

The Operations Engineer monitors process executions on the team’s scoped clusters, resolves incidents, and reports performance.

Steps

1. Access the workspace — Logs into Hub and opens the team workspace.
2. View assigned clusters — Sees only the clusters associated with this workspace. Does not see clusters belonging to other teams.
3. Monitor process instances — Opens the cluster’s Operate view. Monitors active process instances, checks for incidents, reviews execution history.
4. Resolve incidents — Identifies a stuck process instance. Investigates root cause, retries or cancels the job. Documents the resolution.
5. Report performance — Shares process performance metrics with the Team Lead and CoE Lead. Metrics are scoped to the team’s clusters, providing clear accountability.
