A member of a Delivery Team that ensures deployed processes run reliably and resolves issues when they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors process execution — tracks instance health, throughput, and error rates across clusters
  • Resolves operational incidents — investigates failed instances, retries jobs, and applies fixes
  • Performs root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
  • Manages user tasks in Tasklist when operational intervention is required
  • Reports on process performance to the Team Lead and Center of Excellence (CoE)

Hub Responsibilities

  • Uses Operate to monitor running process instances and identify bottlenecks
  • Handles incidents — resolves failed jobs, modifies variables, and retries operations
  • Completes and manages user tasks in Tasklist
  • Reviews cluster health and resource utilization within the workspace context
