A member of a Delivery Team that ensures deployed processes run reliably and resolves issues when they arise.
Responsibilities
- Monitors process execution — tracks instance health, throughput, and error rates across clusters
- Resolves operational incidents — investigates failed instances, retries jobs, and applies fixes
- Performs root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
- Manages user tasks in Tasklist when operational intervention is required
- Reports on process performance to the Team Lead and Center of Excellence (CoE)
Hub Responsibilities
- Uses Operate to monitor running process instances and identify bottlenecks
- Handles incidents — resolves failed jobs, modifies variables, and retries operations
- Completes and manages user tasks in Tasklist
- Reviews cluster health and resource utilization within the workspace context
