Characteristics
- Has deep expertise in their business domain (e.g., HR, sales operations, finance)
- Has no Camunda expertise or significant technical background
- Works mostly by trial and error — what worked locally will be reused in the future
- Reaches out to more technical experts (Developer, CoE Developer) when things don’t make sense or go wrong
Responsibilities
- Models business cases using available reusable building blocks from the catalog
- Prepares Proof-of-Concepts to demonstrate and justify a business case
- Builds processes, workflows, and automations by connecting existing tools and components
- Configures reusable building blocks — does not author new ones
- Collaborates with Developers and Team Lead to hand off validated concepts for production implementation
Hub Responsibilities
- Works within Projects to design process models using low-code capabilities
- Browses and installs reusable assets from the Workspace Catalog to accelerate PoC delivery
- Deploys proof-of-concept processes to development clusters for validation
