CoE Developer

A member of a Center of Excellence (CoE) that creates and maintains the reusable technical foundation that delivery teams build upon.

Responsibilities

• Builds reusable building blocks — element templates, form components, BPMN/DMN patterns, process blueprints with multiple artifacts
• Creates and maintains solution blueprints that accelerate delivery team onboarding
• Reviews and validates catalog submissions from delivery teams before they are published org-wide
• Provides technical guidance and support to delivery teams on best practices

Hub Responsibilities

• Publishes reusable assets to the organization-level Catalog
• Maintains asset documentation, versioning, and deprecation in the Catalog
• Works within dedicated CoE projects to develop and test building blocks before publishing
