Scope: Workspace level Purpose: Catalog of reusable assets enabled for a workspace to build process solutions. Relevant Personas: Developer, Team Lead
Overview
The Workspace Catalog shows the subset of Catalog Assets that have been enabled for the current Workspace. This is where developers discover and evaluate reusable components — Connectors, Element Templates, Forms, DMN, RPA, and Process Templates — before incorporating them into their Projects.
Unlike the organization-level Catalog, which shows all assets across all statuses, the workspace catalog is scoped to what’s relevant for this team. Developers see only approved assets plus their own pending submissions, and can cancel their own pending requests.

Persona-Specific Behavior
- Developer: Evaluate assets in detail — check compatibility, read documentation, then install into projects. This is the primary discovery surface for reusable components.
- Team Lead: Review available assets and guide the team on which to adopt for consistency and quality.
