Purpose: A single reusable automation resource within the Catalog. Relevant Personas: CoE Admin, CoE Developer, Developer
Summary
A Catalog Asset is an individual reusable component — such as a connector, form template, or process blueprint — published to the Catalog. It represents a standardized building block that Delivery Teams can discover, evaluate, and install into their Projects.
Each asset goes through an approval workflow before becoming available organization-wide. A CoE Developer typically creates and submits the asset, a CoE Admin reviews and approves (or rejects) it, and developers on delivery teams then find and install it via the Workspace Catalog. Every asset includes a detail view with a preview image, documentation, version information, and compatibility details so developers can make informed decisions before installing.
