Purpose: Repository of reusable automation assets available across the Organization. Relevant Personas: CoE Admin, CoE Developer, Developer

Summary

The Catalog is a curated collection of reusable automation assets — that helps teams standardize and share work across the organization.

It operates at two levels. The Organization Catalog is the master library, managed by the Center of Excellence (CoE). Every asset submitted here goes through an approval workflow before it becomes widely available. The Workspace Catalog is the developer-facing view — a filtered selection of approved assets that teams can discover and install into their Projects without leaving their workspace.

This dual-level design balances governance with productivity. The CoE maintains quality and consistency at the organization level, while developers get a frictionless experience discovering and using approved Catalog Assets in their day-to-day work.

  • Pending — awaiting review by a catalog manager or Organization Admin
  • Rejected — not approved for distribution
