A member of a Center of Excellence (CoE) that handles the day-to-day operational management of the Camunda platform at the organization level.

Responsibilities

  • Manages organization members — invites, role assignments, offboarding
  • Organizes members into teams and groups with appropriate access levels
  • Configures and maintains API client credentials and external integrations
  • Provisions and manages clusters, assigns them to workspaces based on team needs
  • Enforces access control policies set by the CoE Lead

Hub Responsibilities

  • Administers the Organization Members section — users, groups, and role assignments
  • Creates and configures workspaces, manages workspace-to-cluster associations
  • Manages API clients and integration settings in Organization Settings
  • Curates the organization-level Catalog — reviews submissions, approves or rejects assets
