A member of a Center of Excellence (CoE) that handles the day-to-day operational management of the Camunda platform at the organization level.
Responsibilities
- Manages organization members — invites, role assignments, offboarding
- Organizes members into teams and groups with appropriate access levels
- Configures and maintains API client credentials and external integrations
- Provisions and manages clusters, assigns them to workspaces based on team needs
- Enforces access control policies set by the CoE Lead
Hub Responsibilities
- Administers the Organization Members section — users, groups, and role assignments
- Creates and configures workspaces, manages workspace-to-cluster associations
- Manages API clients and integration settings in Organization Settings
- Curates the organization-level Catalog — reviews submissions, approves or rejects assets
